The story:
There are a couple of things we need to rave about this dress.

1) The cutest triangle cut-out back detail
2) The pockets!

And we feel the collar could be worn 2-ways, both equally elegant that wiggle skirt! We can't even....

We love it so much but sadly it is so much smaller than our muffin top would allow us. ;)

We hope someone rad out there snags it!

Bust: 18in (46.5cm)
Shoulders: No real seams so we would say up to 18in (46.5cm) .
Waist: 13.5in (35cm). Fixed waist. Very slight stretch only, maybe about 0.5in.
Top Length: 37.5in (40cm)
Total Length: 42in (107.5cm)
Armholes: 7in (18.5cm). 
Hips: 18.5in (47.5cm).         
Material: Not stated but likely a cotton mix.
Origin: Japan             
Tag: None.
Lining: Top unlined. Bottom lined.
Transparency: Seems opaque but as with most vintage garments, a slip will always help to keep things decent ;) The weave are looser where the stripes are and thus could be a little revealing at spots.
Condition: Excellent.
